Alleviant Integrated Mental Health is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and hands-on Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Procedural Technician III at our Conway clinic. As a Procedural Technician III, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality patient care in a collaborative clinical environment that combines traditional psychiatric treatment with advanced therapies such as IV infusions, TMS, and EEG services.
Position Overview
The Procedural Technician III provides direct patient care and supports clinical procedures, including medication administration and IV infusion therapy. This role involves hands-on nursing care, procedure preparation, patient monitoring, documentation, and support of neuromodulation and infusion-based treatments.

What You’ll Do

Provide direct daily patient care and clinical support

Administer oral and IV medications

Initiate and manage IV lines and infusion therapy

Monitor and document vital signs and patient responses

Support patient comfort, safety, and overall experience

Prepare procedure rooms and clinical treatment areas

Maintainaccurateandtimelyclinical documentation

Conduct patient follow-up calls as needed

Track, stock, and manage clinical supplies

Assistand support clinic staff and workflow operations
-
Perform Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments after training
-
Perform spectral EEGs after training
What We’re Looking For
-
Active Registered Nurse (RN) licenserequired
-
Current ACLS certification recommended

Direct patient care experience in a clinical setting

Strong clinical judgment and nursing skills

Willingness to learn outpatient psychiatric and neuromodulation protocols

Excellent professionalism and customer service skills

Compassionate, patient-centered communication style

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment

Strong reliability, punctuality, and organizational skills
Physical Requirements

Work Environment
The primary work location is the Alleviant Integrated Mental Health clinic in Conway, Arkansas, with occasional travel to nearby Central Arkansas clinics, including Bryant and other surrounding sites, as needed. Travel is compensated when required.
Schedules may vary based on clinic needs. The environment is fast-paced, patient-focused, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and quality care.
