Job Summary
We are seeking a polished, professional, and service-oriented Luxury Concierge to be the face of our prestigious residential and vacation rental property. This role is central to delivering seamless, five-star guest and resident experience. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for hospitality, local knowledge, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents and guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, shopping, and local attractions.
- Coordinate transportation, including rideshare pickups and private car services.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs for vacation rental guests.
- Receive, log, and manage packages and deliveries (e.g., Amazon, Uber Eats, Instacart).
- Notify residents/guests of deliveries and ensure secure storage or handoff.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and courteously.
- Provide directions and information about on-site amenities including the fitness center and thermal spa.
- Liaise with spa and fitness staff to schedule appointments or tours.
- Monitor lobby and common areas to ensure cleanliness and ambiance.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with special events or VIP guest experiences as needed.
Skills
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, or guest services preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with local restaurants, attractions, and services.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to manage delivery apps and scheduling systems.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Full-time; must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
