Schedule Available:

Monday-Friday
-
Training for two weeks, Monday-Friday (8am-4:30pm)
-
After training, you will be assigned to the night shift (6pm-6am)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
-
Coordinates finished goods warehouse activities and coordinates activities with the PSI process.

Stages and organizes finished goods product.
-
Runs daily cycle counts.
-
Coordinates with quality team for pre-shipment inspections.
-
Interacts with packaging process to streamline finished goods movements into the warehouse.
-
Coordinates with logistics to stage finished goods product for customer delivery.
-
Tracks outbound shipping KPIs.
-
Receives and processing customer orders, verifying quantities, and ensuring accuracy.
-
Prepares and managing shipping documents, including packing slips, and purchase orders.
-
Communicates with vendors, customers, and internal departments (sales, logistics, warehouse) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Coordinates with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders, including scheduling pick-up and delivery of shipments.

Responds to customer inquiries regarding shipping information and order status, and resolving shipping-related issues.

Optimizes shipping and transport procedures, and ensuring compliance with customs, regulatory, and carrier requirements.

Ensures compliance with safety and operational protocols in all shipping related activities.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Previous experience in a shipping, logistics, or warehouse role, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs requirements and domestic outbound transportation procedures.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
-
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Must pass a drug screen.
-
7 year background check for violent crime, sex offenses, and larcency.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Forklift certification
-
Experience with shipping software or ERP systems
