We’re currently seeking Licensed Estheticians (or those awaiting licensure) in Meridian Idaho to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier, efficient facial treatments following Bubbly’s signature protocols
- Create a welcoming, upbeat experience for every client
- Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and product recommendations
- Maintain clean, sanitary treatment rooms and workspaces
- Collaborate with teammates and support front desk operations when needed
- Thrive in a fast-paced, appointment-based setting
- Help build and maintain our social media presence with behind-the-scenes content and/or client success stories
- Participate in promotional events and brand activations as scheduled
- Reach and maintain job-specific goals related to performance, client retention, and product recommendations
Qualifications:
- Licensed Esthetician in the State of Idaho (or pending licensure, ready before start date)
- Reliable transportation and excellent punctuality
- Strong communication and people skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a true love for skincare
- Ability to work efficiently and cheerfully in a busy environment
- Availability for evenings and weekends
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in a busy spa, salon, or facial bar
- Product or skincare retail sales experience
- Familiarity with the skincare brands we partner with and carry
