Contracted Service Provider for FedEx Ground
Makhni Bros Inc. is seeking dependable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are safety-focused, reliable, and committed to providing excellent service.
Qualifications
- Must pass a drug test and background check
- Previous delivery driving experience preferred, but not required
- Experience operating 14–18 ft. box trucks is preferred
- Driver qualification training and testing will be provided by a certified trainer for candidates without prior van or box-truck driving experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record with no serious traffic violations
- Must be able to lift and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs. with the assistance of a hand truck
- Must be able to speak and understand basic English and communicate effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Safety-focused and capable of operating a delivery vehicle responsibly

Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial customers
- Represent Makhni Bros Inc. professionally while providing excellent customer service
- Deliver packages to various addresses along assigned routes
- Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and safely operate a delivery vehicle
- Properly handle and secure packages throughout the delivery process
- Complete required logs and reports
- Follow all applicable DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Communicate effectively with customers and management when necessary
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
Schedule
- Shifts typically range from 6–12 hours, depending on route volume, time management, and work efficiency
- Weekends may be required
