Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with impact reports, written summaries, and office communications

Help create and schedule social media posts

Support budget tracking, spreadsheets, and administrative tasks

Coordinate student notifications, reminders, and event communications

Assist with student training sessions and orientation activities
-
Help welcome and lead tours for global guests and visitors
-
Support Belmont Global events, programs, and other special projects as needed
Working Conditions: Sitting at a computer or standing at events up to 6 hours per week.
Required Qualifications

Must be a Belmont student

Must be a junior or senior or higher
-
Any major is eligible
- Demonstrated strong interest in global engagement and intercultural learning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Organized, dependable, and able to work independently

Comfortable with spreadsheets, budgeting support, and communication tools

Able to interact professionally with students, staff, faculty, and guests

Confidence in leading student trainings or speaking with groups is preferred

Proficient in Powerpoint, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, Canva presentations, email and texting.
Required Education
Must be enrolled as a student at Belmont University. Student may be of any major at a Junior, Senior or higher level.

Experience needed in Powerpoint, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, Canva presentations, email and texting.
