Job Title: Part-Time Furniture Delivery Helper
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Furniture Delivery Helper to join our team part-time. You will assist our driver with loading, unloading, and delivering furniture safely to customers’ homes and businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload furniture from the delivery truck
- Carry and carefully place furniture inside customers’ homes
- Protect furniture, walls, floors, and doorways from damage
- Help assemble furniture when needed
- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude with customers
- Keep the truck and delivery equipment clean and organized
Requirements:
- Able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 20-300 pounds, with assistance for heavier items
- Comfortable moving furniture up and down stairs
- Reliable, punctual, and available on scheduled delivery days
- Able to follow directions and work well with a partner
- Careful with customers’ property
- Furniture-moving or delivery experience is preferred but not required
Schedule:** Part-time, approximately 6-30 hours per week**
**Workdays:**Tue- Sat
Pay: $15-16 per hour
