<Duties>
- Create a nurturing, engaging, and safe classroom environment.
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans (already designed for you!).
- Encourage children’s academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and teammates.
- Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your teaching skills.
<Experience>
- Proven classroom experience working with children in preschool settings, demonstrating strong classroom management skills.
- Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices related to early intervention, literacy education, and behavior management.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and community partners.
- Prior experience working with children in private school environments is advantageous.
- Demonstrated commitment to child welfare, safety protocols, and fostering inclusive learning spaces that celebrate diversity.
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- Educators: Prior early childhood teaching experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
