About the Position
Synergy Chiropractic & Holistic Therapy is looking for a caring, professional, and motivated Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team. We are a patient-focused chiropractic and holistic wellness office committed to helping our patients feel their best through comprehensive, individualized care.
The ideal candidate is passionate about massage therapy, enjoys working with patients, and values collaboration within a wellness-focused healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide Targeted Therapy: Deliver medical, deep tissue, sports, and myofascial massage based on patient needs.
- Work collaboratively with the chiropractic team to support patient care and wellness.
- Perform appropriate massage techniques to address muscle tension, soreness, and soft-tissue dysfunction.
- Communicate professionally with patients and maintain a welcoming, comfortable environment.
- Maintain accurate treatment notes and patient documentation.
- Follow all applicable licensing, sanitation, safety, and professional standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room.
- Educate patients on appropriate stretching, exercise, hydration, and self-care when applicable.
- Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
- Current and active Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) license.
- Completion of an accredited massage therapy program.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Previous experience in a chiropractic, wellness, or healthcare setting is a plus.
Schedule & Compensation
- $18–$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications + Performance bonuses.
- Monday through Friday schedule.
- Earn additional $30-$50/session + 100% of tips compensation while running your own massage sessions on your schedule
- Weekend Flexibility: Saturdays are completely optional based on your availability and preferences.
