Cannabis Delivery Driver – Exclusive Brands (MONROE)
Temporary Part-Time , On Call | $14–$17/hr + tips
Successful staff average $20–$25/hr with tips and commissions | Must be 21+
Exclusive Brands, Michigan’s premier cannabis company, is expanding our delivery team in Monroe! We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented drivers who are passionate about cannabis and committed to providing an exceptional customer experience — from our door to theirs.
*This position is temporary with the potential to become permanent. Open availability and ability to be scheduled for on-call shifts is required.

What You’ll Do
- Safely and efficiently deliver cannabis orders across the Monroe area
- Provide friendly, professional service at every doorstep
- Follow all company delivery protocols and state compliance regulations
- Keep accurate delivery and inventory logs
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report issues promptly
- Assist with in-store duties as needed (order packing, customer service, etc.)
- Collaborate with teammates to support smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and vehicle registration
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with solid time management and navigation skills
- Experience in delivery, retail, hospitality, or cannabis (preferred but not required)
- Open availability, including evenings and weekends
- Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check
