Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities
- Run preset qualified appointments for metal roof sales,same day close approach,must adhere to a proven sales process
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing tailored solutions, conducting product demos, and upselling where appropriate
- Develop comprehensive territory management plans to maximize sales potential and coverage efficiency
- Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services
- MUST BE ABLE TO WALK ON ROOFS
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM software such as Leap to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving issues effectively
- Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to prospective clients
- Maintain thorough documentation of sales activities, pipeline status, and account information for reporting purposes
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales or B2C sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to build lasting client relationships
- Background in management or business development is advantageous for strategic planning and team collaboration
- Knowledge of marketing principles, technology sales, retail sales, or technical sales enhances effectiveness in this role
- Analysis skills to interpret market trends, customer data, and competitive insights for strategic decision-making
