Job Overview
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF), or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLP-A) to provide in-person school-based services in the North Fort Worth area.
This position offers full-time or part-time flexibility and is a great opportunity for clinicians seeking a supportive environment with the autonomy of school-based practice and the backing of an experienced SLP.
Responsibilities SLP / SLP-CF Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Complete evaluations and write evaluation reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals
- Participate in ARD/IEP meetings
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Manage caseload responsibilities independently
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams
SLP-A Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services under SLP supervision
- Assist with implementation of IEP goals
- Maintain accurate service logs and documentation
- Collaborate with supervising SLP and school teams
- Support student progress through evidence-based therapy practices
All required service and documentation time is compensated.
Qualifications
- Active Texas SLP or SLP-A license
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to provide in-person/hybrid services in the North Fort Worth area
- Professional liability insurance required for 1099 contractors
