Overview

In this role, you'll be installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC/R systems to keep our customers comfortable. Duties
- Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues using the proper tools and testing equipment.
- Perform system startups, inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure everything is running safely and efficiently.
- Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications to complete jobs correctly.
- Replace components, make system adjustments, and recommend solutions when repairs or upgrades are needed.
- Communicate with customers about system performance, repair options, and maintenance recommendations.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and follow all safety guidelines and local codes.
- Complete paperwork accurately and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Work independently while also supporting your team to get the job done right.
- Deliver quality workmanship and excellent customer service on every job.
Skills
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC Installer, Service Technician, or in a similar HVAC/R role.
- Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including installation, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
- Experience reading wiring diagrams, blueprints, and manufacturer specifications.
- EPA Certification is preferred (or the ability to obtain it).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage your time, and stay productive throughout the day.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, dependable, and takes pride in delivering quality work.

Pay: $30.13 - $32.82 per hour
