Who are you?
You are a recruiter who understands that clinical hiring is different. You know that coordinating the doctor pipeline or finding the right hygienist is not just about filling a seat. It is about finding people who fit the culture of a practice and will stay.
You are a relationship builder. You are comfortable reaching out to dental schools, attending professional events, and cultivating a network that generates candidates before the need is urgent. You think in pipelines, not just requisitions.
You are organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple open roles across different locations while keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the process. You understand that the candidate experience reflects the Pearl Street culture.
You are someone who genuinely loves what you do. You love finding the right person, building the relationship, and being part of a company that is going places.

- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong relationship-building skills, you are comfortable representing Pearl Street at career fairs, school events, and professional networking settings.
