Role Summary
The Busser supports the Front of House (FOH) team by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment. This role is essential to ensuring smooth table turnover and assisting servers in providing excellent service to guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and dining areas
- Refill water, utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed
- Assist servers with delivering food and beverages when required
- Maintain cleanliness of service stations and front-of-house areas
- Properly dispose of trash and recycling
- Support the team during busy service periods
- Follow all company policies, safety, and sanitation standards
Work Experience
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- On-the-job training will be provided
Education
- No formal education required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate items
- Positive attitude and willingness to help
- Authorization to work in the United States
