What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Assist Physical and Occupational Therapists with patient care
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehab programs
- Prepare treatment areas and maintain clinic flow
- Support splinting and upper extremity care (OT exposure)
- Provide exceptional customer service and patient interaction
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinic
Patient Population
- Orthopedic & sports injuries
- Post-surgical rehabilitation
- Spine care
- Upper extremity / hand therapy
- Mix of Private Pay, PPO, Medicare, and Work Comp

Qualifications
- Interest in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Rehab Careers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient clinic
- CPR certification (required or willing to obtain)
