Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. In this vital role, you will operate a variety of heavy machinery while digging around live gas lines. MUST have experience drilling with an HDD machine for HDPE gas lines. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality results on time while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, dump trucks with precision and safety awareness.
- Conduct routine inspections and perform maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Follow all safety procedures, occupational safety regulations, and PPE requirements to maintain a secure work site.
Skills
- Proven experience operating construction machinery such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators.
- Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and occupational safety regulation compliance.
- Ability to perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL)
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
