Position Details
- Position: Travel Registered Nurse (RN)
- Location: Marshfield, Wisconsin
- Contract: 13 Weeks (Extension Available)
- Schedule: 8 or 12-Hour Shifts
- Shift Options: Days, Evenings, or Nights
- Guaranteed Hours: 36–40 Hours per Week

Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to adult inpatient rehabilitation patients.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Care for patients recovering from stroke, orthopedic surgery, trauma, neurological disorders, spinal injuries, and other disabling conditions.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, antibiotics, and physician-ordered treatments.
- Monitor patient progress and document care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists (PT), occupational therapists (OT), speech-language pathologists (SLP), and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rehabilitation team meetings.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, rehabilitation goals, and discharge planning.
- Promote patient safety while supporting recovery and independence.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current BLS Certification (Required)
- Med Surg RN experience accepted with prior travel experience
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment
