We are professional, agile and our goal is to offer the best possible experience in exterior remodeling. XL Contracting is an exterior remodeler servicing the Madison, WI area. We are a small family owned local business. We are looking for true sales professionals that know sales is more about listening and less about talking. XL Contracting is currently looking for a few sales professionals to join our team and grow with us. This posting is for a sales positions not an office or administration position.

We're looking for talented, enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our company. The ideal candidate will be able to develop relationships with customers and effectively close sales, analyzing customer needs and then designing a customized solution that meets their specific needs. This role is ideal for proactive individuals who enjoy interacting with a variety of people, are willing to learn new technologies, and are willing to go the extra mile for their clients.
