Zeke’s Roofing is growing and looking for a highly organized, energetic Roofing Installation Coordinator to help deliver a great customer experience from the moment a roof is sold through the start of installation.
This is not just a scheduling position.
You will be the customer's main point of contact after they purchase their new roof. Your job is to make the process easy, keep the homeowner informed, coordinate their installation date, and help customers select additional upgrades and options that make sense for their home.
What You'll Do
- Call customers promptly after their roofing project is sold
- Introduce yourself as their point of contact for scheduling
- Review the customer's project and confirm important details
- Schedule roof installation dates
- Coordinate schedules with our production and installation teams
- Keep homeowners updated throughout the pre-installation process
- Answer basic customer questions and make sure expectations are clear
- Identify opportunities for customers to upgrade their roofing project
- Present and sell available upgrades and additional options
- Follow up with customers who are considering upgrades
- Maintain accurate notes, dates and customer information in our CRM
- Help solve scheduling issues before they become problems
- Deliver the level of communication and customer service Zeke's Roofing expects
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organized, confident on the phone and good with people.
The ideal candidate is someone who can manage a busy schedule while also recognizing opportunities to increase the value of a customer's project.
You should be:
- Friendly and professional on the phone
- Highly organized
- Comfortable managing multiple customers at once
- Confident discussing pricing and upgrades
- Comfortable asking for the sale
- Detail-oriented
- Dependable and consistent
- A strong communicator
- Comfortable working with CRM and scheduling software
- Able to stay calm when schedules change
- Focused on creating an excellent customer experience
Roofing, construction, home improvement, scheduling or inside-sales experience is a plus, but we will consider the right person with a strong customer service and sales background.

9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
This is a full-time position.
