FORMER CVS WOULD BE GREAT WITH LONGEVITY IN THEIR PREVIOUS CVS PROJECT** Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Power Platform / Power Automate Engineer to join our team and support enterprise-wide automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong emphasis on Power Automate. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver innovative low-code solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. • Build and support complex workflows using Power Automate (Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows). • Develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps). • Create dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable business insights. • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party applications. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. • Establish and enforce Power Platform governance, security, and best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to workflows, integrations, and applications. • Perform solution testing, deployment, and ongoing support activities. • Document solution architecture, technical designs, and operational procedures. • Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership on Power Platform initiatives. • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation across the organization. Required Qualifications • 10+ years of overall IT experience. • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies. • Extensive experience developing and supporting Power Automate solutions. • Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven applications). • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with: o SharePoint Online o Microsoft Teams o Microsoft 365 o Dynamics 365 o Azure services and APIs o Third-party systems • Proficiency with REST APIs, connectors, and data integration techniques. • Experience with Dataverse and relational data modeling. • Strong understanding of Power Platform security, governance, and administration. • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications • Microsoft Power Platform certifications, such as: o PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals o PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate o PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect • Experience with Power BI reporting and analytics. • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Power Automate Desktop. • Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. • Previous experience leading enterprise automation initiatives.
