We're looking for folks who want to share their passion for great coffee & food and jump in wherever needed. We're looking for:
- A demonstrated enthusiasm for coffee, farm-to-table food and/or a desire to learn
- Prior hospitality, retail, café or coffee experience preferred
- A dedication to creating impeccable customer experiences
- Strong attention to detail and healthy respect for cleanliness and sanitation
- Ability to communicate clearly and multi-task with ease
- Supportive of a positive work environment
- A flexible schedule with open availability
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Prepare and serve a variety of espresso/coffee beverages and food, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment and supplies.
