This is a 100% a fully remote postion, that can be worked from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a strong internet connection, a quite space and you're own computer,
This an opening on a small remote team and we're selective about who fills it.
We're a solar sales company operating in New Jersey and Florida, and we onboard setters in small cohorts. Not everyone who applies moves forward. The ones who do get handed a complete operation: fresh homeowner leads every day, professional dialer software, a proven script, and live coaching from people currently doing the work.
Your side of the deal: treat this like it's yours.
THE MODEL
You run your own calling book from home. Homeowners on your list have shown interest in cutting their electric bill with solar. You call, have a real conversation, qualify them, and book them with one of our energy consultants. Our closers take it from there you never close, never chase, never manage a pipeline.
You choose your hours. Most operators run 3–5 focused hours a day. Some do mornings only. Some build it around another job until the numbers let them go full-time.
THE MATH
This is pure performance pay, structured two ways:
- You earn on every booked appointment that holds
- You earn commission when your appointments turn into closed deals, a single close pays $2,000–$3,000+
Setters who show up consistently commonly build to $8,000 to +12,000+/month, and there's no cap. We invest heavily in the leads, tools, and training behind every operator so we look for people who bring that same level of commitment to their side of it.
This role rewards people willing to bet on themselves.
WHO MAKES THE CUT
- You sound like a human on the phone, not a robot reading lines
- You're coachable you run the play as designed before improvising
- You show up when you said you would, without a boss checking
- You want your income tied to your output, not a clock
- Experience in solar or sales helps but isn't required we've trained complete beginners into top producers
STRUCTURE
- 1099 independent contractor you operate your own book
- Fully remote, live anywhere in the US is prefered however we hire (worldwide) fluent english is a requirment.
- Calling into the New Jersey and Florida markets
- Small-cohort onboarding with training included
