What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to your clients.
- Deliver executive-level consulting, operational leadership, or financial guidance.
- Build and maintain professional relationships.
- Develop business through your existing network.
- Collaborate with Harn's accounting and consulting teams when additional expertise is needed.
- Represent yourself professionally while leveraging Harn's operational support.

Compensation
- Independent Contractor (1099) or Corporation-to-Corporation
- Performance-based compensation on your book of business

Duties
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities through comprehensive research and analysis.
- Develop tailored strategies that align with clients’ vision, incorporating change management principles to ensure smooth transitions.
- Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and designing streamlined workflows to enhance productivity.
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions, guiding organizations in setting clear priorities and actionable roadmaps for success.
- Manage multiple consulting projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.
- Conduct business analysis to evaluate current operations, identify gaps, and recommend innovative solutions for growth and efficiency.
- Support business development efforts by preparing proposals, presenting findings, and building strong client relationships.
Experience
- Proven experience in management consulting or a related advisory role with a focus on strategic planning and process improvement.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Expertise in change management methodologies to help organizations adapt effectively during transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in business consulting, including project management from initiation to completion.
- Excellent research skills to gather market intelligence and industry best practices for client recommendations.
- Solid understanding of business analysis techniques and tools used to evaluate operational performance.
- Effective communication skills to articulate strategies clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
