We are seeking very skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for bartending and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality service will be essential to our success. As well as keeping up on the well for our servers serving our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and taking orders efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
- Assist in setting up for banquets or special events as required.
- Stay updated on beverage trends and new products in the food industry.
- Ticket times not exceeding over 5 minutes for servers to grab drinks for their tables
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience is preferred; familiarity with food handling and safety practices is essential.
- Proficiency in using POS systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and various beverage recipes is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local regulations.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow bartenders.
