We’re looking for a Service Advisor who is tech-savvy, personable, and passionate about customer service. In this role, you’ll act as the vital link between our customers and our service department—helping them understand their vehicle’s needs while ensuring their visit is smooth, efficient, and enjoyable.
We are especially looking for someone who embraces new processes, is open to new ideas, and is excited to continuously improve how we serve our customers.
- Greet customers warmly, listen carefully to their concerns, and document repair requests with accuracy
- Use technology platforms to build, explain, and present service estimates clearly
- Communicate proactively with customers throughout the service process using phone, text, or email
- Dispatch work effectively to technicians and track progress in real-time
- Review multi-point inspections and present findings in a clear, trustworthy way
- Coordinate parts, transportation, and scheduling needs to keep service flowing smoothly
- Close repair orders, review invoices, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information simply
- Comfort with technology, including dealership management software, tablets, texting tools, and digital inspection platforms
- A customer-first mindset with a positive, upbeat attitude
- Willingness to adapt, learn, and embrace new processes and ideas
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
