Job Summary
MAC Uniforms & Equipment is hiring a Merchandise Operations Associate to support daily retail, inventory, and merchandise operations. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, stocking, tracking, and preparing merchandise while assisting customers and maintaining an efficient and professional store environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, organize, and label incoming merchandise
- Stock uniforms, equipment, supplies, and other products
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts
- Prepare customer orders, transfers, and shipments
- Assist customers with product questions and merchandise requests
- Maintain organized product displays and storage areas
- Process basic sales transactions and returns when required
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
- Follow company safety, security, and loss-prevention procedures
- Perform additional merchandise and store operations duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Previous retail, merchandising, inventory, warehouse, or customer service experience is an asset but not required
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Basic computer and inventory recordkeeping abilities
- Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise safely
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred Skills
- Experience with inventory or retail management systems
- Familiarity with POS and barcode scanning equipment
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
