Automotive Technician/Mechanic Manager Wanted
Join our clean, modern, and fully-equipped shop as an experienced Automotive Technician/Mechanic Manager. We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee vehicle repairs, maintenance, and shop operations while managing inventory and personnel.
Position Details:
- Full-time role
- 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
- Competitive pay rate based on experience ($30.00 - $40.00 per hour)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and oversee repairs on a wide range of vehicles with precision and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and accurately diagnose vehicle issues.
- Conduct and supervise routine maintenance on both cars and trucks.
- Manage shop operations and supervise a team of technicians and car detail personnel.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of automotive parts and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure that every vehicle meets quality standards before it leaves the shop.
- Oversee car detailing to maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain a fast-paced, organized, and detail-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair, maintenance, and diagnostics.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the automotive industry.
- Ability to manage inventory and parts effectively.
- Excellent leadership skills to supervise and motivate team members.
- Familiarity with the automotive parts industry and relevant regulations.
- Physical ability to work in a demanding environment.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
