About the Role
A Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin’ operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service; take guest orders, handle payments, and deliver accurate, timely service within brand standards.
- Prepare and package beverages and bakery items according to brand and food safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and managers to support a guest-focused positive environment.
- Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and guest areas.
- Stock supplies and manage inventory in work and storage areas.

- Good communication skills and ability to learn brand and safety standards and systems.
