Summary
We are seeking an assistant gardener to join our team at Dixiana Farm. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our grounds. Your work will play a vital role in creating an inviting environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the landscape of Dixiana Farm through regular gardening and groundskeeping activities.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Perform lawn care duties including mowing, trimming, and fertilization.
- Assist with greenhouse operations as needed to support plant growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in gardening or landscaping, preferably in a farm or agricultural setting.
- Ability to work in an outdoor setting.
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and greenhouse management is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
