Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
- Conduct plumbing inspections utilizing cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately.
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe threading, and system troubleshooting to ensure optimal water flow and system integrity.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to execute precise installations and repairs.
- Operate company vehicles safely while adhering to local driving laws; manage heavy lifting and physical tasks on construction sites.
- Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, construction site tasks, and HVAC-related plumbing needs.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including schematics updates and inspection reports for quality assurance.
Requirements
- Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing or related trades such as carpentry or handyman work.
- Skilled in welding, pipe threading, water systems installation, and plumbing system maintenance.
- Familiarity with construction site experience, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, and other specialized equipment safely.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to residential and commercial plumbing projects.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles; willingness to perform heavy lifting and physical labor as needed.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations; experience with remodeling or assembly projects is a plus.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
