Real Estate Intern
MVMT is seeking a motivated Real Estate Intern to join our team for an educational internship. This opportunity is designed for students who want hands-on exposure to the real estate industry while learning from experienced agents, brokers, and operations staff.
The Real Estate Intern will assist with administrative, marketing, research, and office support tasks that help the team stay organized and prepared. This role is intended to provide learning experience in real estate operations, client service, marketing support, property research, and office workflow.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with administrative and organizational tasks
Supporting the team with listing preparation and property research
Helping update spreadsheets, CRM records, and internal tracking systems
Assisting with social media, marketing materials, and content organization
Organizing client files, property information, and office documents
Conducting basic market and neighborhood research
Helping prepare materials for meetings, appointments, and team projects
Supporting day-to-day office operations as assigned
Maintaining professionalism when interacting with team members, clients, agents, and vendors
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a school or academic program that allows internship credit
Strong communication and organizational skills
Interest in real estate, business, marketing, sales, or entrepreneurship
Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
Comfortable using email, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and basic technology
Prior real estate experience is not required
