About the Role
As an Industrial Machinery Technician, you will serve as a critical partner in maintaining operational excellence by ensuring high-speed production equipment remains functional and efficient. You will leverage your expertise in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement across our facility.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to maximize equipment uptime.

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on high-speed production lines, including fillers, labelers, and palletizers.

Optimize industrial control systems and auxiliary equipment like chillers and air compressors to ensure peak performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement long-term solutions for recurring technical challenges.

Document all maintenance activities, parts usage, and repairs accurately within the facility management system.

Uphold rigorous safety standards, ensuring all machine operations and maintenance tasks comply with site protocols.
Qualifications-
4+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance or high-speed manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in interpreting complex electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.

Demonstrated ability to use precision measuring tools and shop equipment such as mills, lathes, and presses.

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on technical communication and team collaboration.

Basic competency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and documentation.

Must possess a personal set of standard tools for daily maintenance tasks.

Associate’s degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field.

6+ years of experience in a high-speed beverage, plastics, or packaging manufacturing setting.

Advanced technical knowledge of VFDs, servo drives, PLCs, and industrial communication buses.

Hands-on experience with specialized equipment such as Krones or Sidel systems.

Certified welding or fabrication skills (MIG/TIG/Stick).

Proven track record of project management or technical leadership within a plant environment.
