Location/Job Details:
Multi-tenant class A office building. Some tenants are high-profile and require privacy. Located in downtown Atlanta. Parking available onsite. You will be required to clock in using our time tracking app.
Hours:
- 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Time off for six major holidays: New Year's, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas, including restrooms, and common areas
- Ensure that all areas are free of debris and properly sanitized
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Note: This position may also be referred to as a Day Porter or Custodial position.
Pay: $13.00 per hour
