Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
- Prepare and serve food in accordance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
- Accurately operate cash registers and handle transactions with efficiency and care.
- Recommend and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and boost sales.
- Support inventory control by restocking shelves and monitoring product freshness.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to hygiene, safety, and food handling.
Qualifications
- Previous food service or culinary experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate.
- Experience with retail operations or basic retail math is an advantage.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting.
- Team-oriented attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently when needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry items as necessary.
