Responsibilities
- Perform esthetic laser treatments such as hair removal and pigmentation correction with precision and care.
- Educate clients on treatment options, post-treatment care, and product recommendations to maximize results.
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards throughout all procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Conduct product demos and retail sales to promote skincare products that complement treatments and support client goals.
- Support team efforts by participating in training sessions on new techniques, tools, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in esthetic laser treatments or related skincare procedures.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
- TDLR Laser Hair Removal certified/ License
- Ability to uphold sanitation protocols diligently and maintain a hygienic workspace.
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively about treatments and products.
- Experience with retail sales or product demos is a plus for enhancing client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
