All Valley Fireplace is looking for an experienced, relationship-driven sales professional to join our team in Boise.
This is not a transactional showroom sales role. Our customers are often making significant investments in fireplaces, remodeling projects, and outdoor living spaces, and they need someone who can guide them from the first conversation through final installation.
What you’ll do:
- Manage retail and remodel customers from initial inquiry through project completion
- Build relationships with homeowners, remodelers, designers, and contractors
- Develop accurate proposals and recommend the right products and solutions
- Consistently follow up on opportunities that may have longer sales cycles
- Identify upgrades and additional products that improve the customer’s project
- Coordinate closely with our operations and installation teams
- Develop new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting
- Own the customer experience from start to finish
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in consultative or relationship-based sales
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Confidence selling higher-value projects
- Ability to learn technical products and explain them clearly
- Experience in fireplaces, HVAC, construction, remodeling, appliances, building materials, or home improvement is a plus
- Someone who takes ownership, protects the customer relationship, and wants to win
Compensation:
- $60,000 base salary
- Performance-based commission paid quarterly
- Significant upside for strong sales performance, profitable account growth, and new business development
