Job Summary
Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Hotel Breakfast Attendant/Cook, where your enthusiasm and culinary skills will create memorable mornings for our guests. In this lively role, you’ll be the first to greet guests with a warm smile, prepare delicious breakfast offerings, and ensure the buffet area is inviting, clean, and well-stocked. Your energy and attention to detail will set the tone for a fantastic guest experience, making every breakfast service a highlight of their stay.
Work Schedule
- We have a set schedule. Its 4 Days a week, from 5AM to 1PM, Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot and cold buffets, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations.
- Replenish food items and supplies promptly to ensure an appealing and fully stocked buffet throughout service hours.
- Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu offerings, and accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions with professionalism.
- Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices to ensure guest safety.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of breakfast service stations, including arranging utensils, condiments, and linens.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service roles such as fine dining establishments, restaurants, catering events or banquet settings.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards.
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles that require attention to detail and efficiency under pressure.
- Ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining high energy levels throughout shifts.
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire is preferred.

Pay: $16.00 - $16.25 per hour
