Job Description:
Are you an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT/LVT) who loves patient care and low-stress handling but is feeling burnt out by the relentless grind, corporate metric pressure, and lack of professional autonomy in traditional animal hospitals?
We are launching an innovative, asset-light mobile pet health and routine hygiene membership service in the Johnson County area. We are explicitly not a traditional mobile grooming salon—we are a clinical hygiene route focusing entirely on preventive maintenance: non-surgical anal gland expressions, precision nail trims/grinds, ear flushes, oral care, etc.
We are seeking a credentialed RVT Co-Founder & Clinical Operations Partner to own and lead the medical/handling side of the business. You bring the clinical expertise and elite animal handling skills; we provide the business infrastructure, route logistics engine, digital platform, and marketing machinery.
This is a true founding partner role. You will not be an entry-level employee or a 1099 contractor. You will hold equity ownership in the company and help architect our operational standards from day one.
What the Partnership Looks Like:
- Your Focus (Clinical & Operations): Helping create standard operating procedures, Leading the initial mobile route, managing hands-on patient care using low-stress handling techniques, filling out post-visit digital health assessments for owners.
- Our Focus (Business & Growth): Handing all local SEO, client acquisition, subscription billing, route optimization software, vehicle setups, and back-end corporate administration.
Compensation Structure (Transparency Details):
- Significant Equity/Ownership Stake: Vet Tech 61%
- Profit Share: Vet Tech 61%
Requirements:
- Active RVT / LVT / CVT credential in good standing.
- 3+ years of clinical experience in general practice or emergency veterinary medicine.
- Mastery of low-stress handling and behavior assessment (Fear Free certification is a massive plus).
- A desire to step out of the corporate hospital ecosystem and build equity in a business you co-own.
- Strong communication skills, you will be the face of clinical excellence to our neighborhood subscribers.

Pay: $350.00 - $450.00 per day
