We are a reputable, family-owned masonry and chimney company seeking a dedicated Warehouse and Delivery Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility and work ethic, ensuring punctuality and a clean, organized approach to their tasks.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage warehouse inventory through accurate stock counting and replenishment.
- Conduct material handling tasks, including stocking shelves, organizing warehouse layout, and maintaining optimal storage conditions.
- Assist in distribution activities by coordinating the movement of goods within the facility and to various job sites.
- Support the warehouse supervisor in maintaining inventory management records, conducting audits, and implementing process improvements for efficiency.
**Requirements:**
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 85-100 lbs safely.
- A crucial requirement is that candidates must have their own truck capable of towing a trailer, with ladder racks being a must. If you do not want to use your own vehicle or do not have ladder racks on your truck, please do not apply.
- 1-2 Years Construction Experience
**Experience:**
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred but not mandatory.
