Hiring for Friday and Saturday nights. We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Security person with a Guard Card qualification to join our team. As Security personnel, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our bar patrons and staff. If you have a strong sense of responsibility and excellent problem-solving skills, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Verify IDs for legal age
-Refuse entry for intoxicated persons
- Patrol assigned areas on foot to ensure the security of the premises
- Enforce rules and regulations of our establishment; resolve conflicts as they occur
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional manner
-Escort aggressive/ disobedient patrons out of the building in a trained and professional manner
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
Qualifications:
- Have valid/up to date Guard Card certification
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities
- Prior experience in loss prevention or law enforcement is a plus, but not required.
