Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our dealership sales team. In this role, you will focus on engaging customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and providing tailored sales solutions to help them find the right vehicle. Your enthusiasm and product knowledge will drive sales and foster positive customer relationships. You will assist customers throughout the purchasing process, explain financing options, and ensure a smooth transaction experience. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and identify their vehicle preferences and needs
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that match their requirements and budget
- Explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options clearly to facilitate informed decisions
- Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, negotiations, and paperwork
- Support retail financing activities by explaining loan products and guiding customers through credit applications
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Maintain organized displays of vehicles and promotional materials to enhance the dealership’s presentation
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently
- Support dealership operations by maintaining a clean, organized showroom and lot
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales with a focus on customer service excellence
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage customers and explain vehicle features and financing options
- Knowledge of products, financing processes, and retail sales techniques preferred
- Ability to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and close sales effectively
- Energetic attitude with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
