Absolute Water Technologies is a rapidly growing High Purity Water Treatment company servicing the Midwest. Generally, work performed indoors in all commercial settings. The primary responsibility of this position is new installations and general service and maintenance work.
Compensation includes guaranteed full-time salary, performance bonus, health benefits, profit sharing, 15 days paid time off, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, professional training opportunities, wellness program, additional on-call compensation and company provided 401k contribution.
Travel approximately 50% on average. Some overnights may be required. We do at times need to work occasional off-hours, but scheduled in advance.
Job Description:
- Installation of new water treatment equipment, including some interconnecting piping
- Coordinate preparation and pre-installation work with customers
- Commissioning of equipment
- Conduct System Disinfections
- Component Replacements (pumps, membranes, filters, etc.)
- Conduct and record basic water readings and operating parameters of equipment
Minimum Requirements:
- Mechanical ability or previous experience in a mechanical service related position
- Self-starter that can be self-managed
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Ability to be available for scheduled on-call service response and schedule flexibility
- Possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history.
- Drug Free and able to comply with random drug test as required by our customers (including cannabis products)
- Ability to push/pull at times 250 lbs.
- Ability to occasionally lift 95 lbs.
Preferred Experience (Not required to apply)
- Experience in water treatment service
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience with installations and/or team lead
- Technical, problem-solving ability
- General electrical troubleshooting knowledge
- General plumbing experience with PVC, Poly-Pro, Pex etc.
Seniority Level: Mid-level with ability to advance.
