INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS:

JOB SUMMARY:
This position provides coordinated support to the Employee and Labor Relations office by assisting with employee concerns, investigations, grievances, and compliance activities. The role supports positive employee relations by monitoring and analyzing compliance with collective bargaining agreements, employment laws, School Board policies, and salary, benefit, and work condition commitments. The position provides training and technical assistance, maintains accurate documentation, and supports programmatic review and recommendations to promote fair, consistent, and equitable practices and to maintain the integrity of employee and labor relations programs.
