Lifetime Docks the largest residential dock builder in East Tennessee. With our in house fabrication, installation, and service crews we strive to offer prompt, friendly, and professional services in all aspects of our business.
We are seeking someone to manage our in-house boat lift department. This is a sales/management position.
- Answer landline, mobile phone calls, voicemails, text messages, emails regarding boat lift sales and support.
- Quote boat lift repairs and new/used lift sales.
- Write boat lift repair work orders and sales orders.
- Schedule boat lift repair and install work in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain customer files on PC.
- Create new customer profiles in cloud based management software.
- Create work orders in cloud based management software.
- Receive and download pictures of completed work from field crew, add them to the customer files.
- Email updates to customers about work in progress and completed work.
- Finalize tickets and prepare for invoicing.
- Upload and register warranty info on HydroHoist website.
- File warranty claims with HydroHoist and follow up on claim progress.
- Deliver completed lifts/parts to installation crew as needed.
- Direct the work of boat lift crew when not on the water (building lifts for inventory, cleaning, organizing).
- Create informative videos and tutorials in relation to boat lifts care and maintenance.
- Engage with social media platforms to promote the company brand and products.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
