What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate sensory, motor, and cognitive development.
- Create personalized treatment plans to help children gain independence.
- Use play-based interventions to develop fine motor, self-care, and social skills.
- Collaborate with families to support progress at home and in daily activities.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
What we're looking for:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state NC OT license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn new techniques.
- Experience in pediatrics is preferred, but strong candidates with a desire to specialize in pediatric care will be considered!

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
