Marketing Manager
GLAZER HALL is Palm Beach's premier waterfront non-profit performing arts venue. Our mission is to inspire audiences of all ages and deepen human connection through the arts.
Position Summary
The Marketing Manager is a highly organized, systems-oriented professional who is responsible for leading and executing GLAZER HALL’s marketing efforts across both digital and traditional platforms. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and plays a critical role in promoting all performances and in maintaining and enhancing the overall visibility and public image of the venue.
Responsibilities:
· Create and implement a marketing plan for each event scheduled at GLAZER HALL, including monitoring ticket sales and developing a creative strategy to reach the target audience by tapping into each show’s individual characteristics.
· Enhancing donor, sponsor, and community awareness of GLAZER HALL by ensuring meaningful recognition and visibility for donors, sponsors, and supporters across marketing and promotional initiatives.
· Collect, organize, and maintain all artist-provided assets (images, bios, press kits, etc.) for easy access and timely use in promotional materials. Each show requires individualized attention to detail and documentation.
· Create and distribute an e-newsletter compelling, well-written content that engages patrons, promotes upcoming performances, and highlights donor/sponsor contributions.
· Manage social media marketing including; development and implementation of a weekly social media schedule, creation and posting of content, implementation of an analytics tool to measure performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
· Update GLAZER HALL’s website using WordPress to ensure accurate and timely content, updates and promotional integration.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred, associate’s degree in marketing required
· 5+ Years of well-rounded marketing experience and 2+ years of project management experience within marketing required.
· Experience in entertainment marketing, preferably within the non-profit arts
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
· Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Prospect2)
· Experience with website creation and upkeep (WordPress)
· Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools
· Ability to track metrics and interpret analytics
· Experience working within Tessitura is highly desirable.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
