Responsibilities (Based on Trade)
- Perform assigned trade work on commercial construction projects

Read and work from plans and specifications

Maintain quality, safety, and production standards

Work efficiently as part of a team

Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in at least one of the listed trades

Commercial construction experience preferred

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Reliable transportation and tools (trade-specific)

Strong work ethic and attention to detail
