Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑driven Business Analyst to manage and optimize our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) while driving data‑powered decision‑making and process improvements across the business. This position acts as the operational and analytical bridge between production, finance, sales, and leadership.
If you enjoy data mining and creating reports, solving business process problems, by leading cross functional teams and communicating their requirements and issues to the IT leaders for improving systems and reporting. This is the role where you can become the Champion in business process improvements and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analytics & Reporting (MicroStrategy and SQL)
- Support power users of utilization and maintenance of dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports using MicroStrategy, SQL and BI tools.
- Translate complex data into insights that drive decision‑making and operational improvements.
- Monitor data process to all BI platforms
ERP Project Management (Preferred Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
- Collaborate with production, purchasing, quality, and sales to streamline workflows and enhance ERP functionality.
- Lead Business Process improvements through managing and communicating with cross functional teams’ and IT to create resolutions for process issues and initiatives.
- Ability to write system specs and documentation to initiate and complete process improvements
- Training, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
- Ability to Identify and implement automation opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Work closely with leadership to align ERP and other tools data and analytics with business goals.
- Participate in cross‑departmental projects to improve operational performance, efficiency, and quality.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: business administration, finance, accounting, or information systems
- Strong analytical background with experience in Business Intelligence tools, like MicroStrategy, SQL, and advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
- Have some experience with ERP systems (manufacturing environment preferred).
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV nice to have.
- Learning new technology is a plus.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
