We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Project Manager to lead and oversee premier, high-end residential outdoor projects across Chester County, ensuring exceptional quality, timely completion, and premium client satisfaction. In this role, you will coordinate all phases of luxury landscape construction and maintenance projects utilizing Aspire software, manage teams of skilled crew members, and ensure adherence to safety standards. Your leadership will drive the successful execution of high-end landscaping initiatives that transform luxury outdoor living spaces into vibrant, functional environments. Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise high-end residential construction projects from inception to completion that include everything from Pools to Pergolas and Pavilions, Outdoor Kitchens, Lighting and Audio Systems
- Lead and manage crews effectively, providing clear direction and ensuring high-quality, luxury workmanship across all landscaping tasks.
- Oversee daily operations related to premium lawn care, landscape maintenance, tree care, gardening, and general grounds upkeep to maintain pristine outdoor environments for residential clients.
- Coordinate directly with high-end clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project specifications are met on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all phases of project execution.
- Identify plants accurately for proper placement and care; provide horticultural guidance to team members.
- Supervise the use of landscaping tools and equipment; maintain proper maintenance records for all machinery.
- Support team development through training in outdoor work practices, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
Experience
- 3-5 Years Project management experience in landscape construction, specifically within the high-end residential sector.
- Experience utilizing Aspire or similar software for project tracking, scheduling, or management.
- Extensive outdoor work experience involving lawn care, premium landscape maintenance, hardscape installation, and tree care.
- Strong knowledge of plant identification, horticulture principles, irrigation management, and groundskeeping techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Experience operating landscaping machinery as well as company vehicles safely, with a valid driver's license to utilize the company vehicle.
- Background in supervising crews engaged in gardening, landscaping, hardscape work, or construction projects.
- Leadership skills with a focus on team management, communication, problem-solving, and safety compliance.
